Office Manager

-Maintain daily open communication between the Head teacher, staff and parents through e-mails or phone calls. - Prepare class lists, bus lists, trip forms and check-up lists. - Update the class lists if needed. - Report any violation to the Head teacher -Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials -Prepare and attend staff meetings. - Assist the staff with the book order. - Meet all applicable license regulations. - Maintain confidentiality.

HR Executive

-Design compensation and benefits packages. -Monitor HR department’s budget. -Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS). -Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) -Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.

Fleet Maintenance Section Head

- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment assigned to departments and divisions - Implement and monitor a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications. - Maintain a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc. - Monitor user departments by performing analysis on vehicles and equipment utilization and evaluation of equipment specifications. - Implement and maintain a mechanic training and certification program to provide needed technical skills for mechanics in repair of automobiles and heavy equipment. - Enforce city safety practices and procedures and ensures employees receive appropriate safety training. - Keep maintenance and repair records, perform preventive maintenance on all departmental vehicles, and order repair parts. - Check all repair work performed in shop for completeness (This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments)

Operations Manager

· Responsible for all aspects of the school facilities management and premises staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of the school buildings and grounds at all times. · To be responsible for the overall security arrangements of the premises including ensuring that the staff is aware of the procedures on security and the use of alarm systems. · Ensure that periodic reviews of site security are conducted, and that appropriate progress is followed through. · Supervise maintenance and cleanliness schedules and set routine program of work for school and grounds cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, upkeep and safety of all school buildings and premises. · To be responsible for the line management of school and ground maintenance staff, participate in their recruitment and selection, and identify their training needs and drawing up their program of work. · Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, supervising, and providing assistance in the provisioning, operation, and functions of the school cafeteria. · Supervise all aspects of student transportation operations. · Provide guidance and direction regarding fleet management and conduct regular meetings for coordination, problem solving and planning purposes.
